88 Acres of Land on the Island To Be Auctioned Off
On Thursday, September 28 at 11:00am, the 88 acres between the Islander Resort and the Nautical Beachfront Resort will be auctioned off.
The land has been appraised at $7.4 million dollars and that will be the starting bid.
There has only been one public bidder: APX West, a real estate development company in Lake Havasu City. They have not yet disclosed what their plans are for the land, but they ensure to provide a wonderful product.
