Since the first of the year, we have met with several sellers interested in listing their homes (check out our new listing) and have also assisted buyers to help get them ready to enter the current market.
In regards to rentals, we are in the process of launching several new luxury short term rental properties and also converting some of our existing STR’s to long-term rentals.
On a national level, mortgage applications increased nearly 10% from the previous week and the average interest rate for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages is currently around 6.81%.
