Inventory Is Up 14.3%

As you can tell from the above chart, inventory is UP 14.3%

from one month prior.

However, New Listings are DOWN 8.7% from one month prior.

This is due to the HUGE inventory spike we saw in January for New Listings which almost doubled the inventory.

Days On Market

Days on market are up 32.7% from January to February (approximately 50 days).

We are seeing this increase in inventory and as a result,

Sellers are eager to list their house before more competition comes on the market.
