As of this week, there are 49 brand-new, never-occupied SFR homes currently on the market. To put that in perspective, there are approximately 478 active single-family homes available overall… meaning about 1 in 10 active listings is brand-new construction.
This matters for both buyers and sellers: buyers have fresh options with modern layouts and finishes, while sellers should be aware that new builds can create added competition in certain price ranges.
