May 2023: Active Lake Havasu STR Inventory
How many units are available right now?
Each month the available STR inventory changes (sometimes drastically) depending on the time of year. Owner’s may rent their properties seasonally to snowbirds or use for themselves resulting in less overall active short-term rentals in the market.
Currently, we are entering the best time of the year in our Havasu market for short-term rentals.
Total Number of Active Units Available = 1,739
In contrast, the lowest number of active STRs available was at the end of January where there were only 889 units available.
Thats a staggering 65% inventory swing depending on the time of year!
