Take a look at the charts below… all three markets follow similar trends, but the scale is very different. Lake Havasu City has around 500 active listings, while Phoenix area hovers near 30,000, and Palm Springs around 3,000.
Lake Havasu is a much smaller, more seasonal market, primarily driven by second-home and relocation buyers, similar to Palm Springs. Phoenix, on the other hand, has a larger full-time population and sees more consistent, year-round activity.
