Active listings pulled back slightly from July, but remain more than 30% higher than last year, giving buyers far more choices than they had in 2024.

At the same time, new listings rose 23% month-over-month, showing that sellers are still confident about entering the market.

Buyers stayed active but selective, and mortgage rates dipped to their lowest level in nearly a year.
