If you’ve noticed construction near London Bridge Road and Industrial Boulevard, a new mixed-use development is in the works. Approved by the city council in February 2024, the 12-acre site will feature:

Carriage-Style Townhomes with living space above garage (planned for phase 2)
A Restaurant with the location secured, but a tenant is still being sought
The project faced a year-long delay due to an unrecorded electrical line supplying the state park but is now back on track. The site will have three entrances, and developers expect to break ground within six months after obtaining building permits.
