We had 25 new listings this week vs. 30 the week prior… It seems to be hovering up and down from week to week… but notice the chart below — our overall inventory has remained steadily low for several months now…

Something to note is that the 90-day average has been on a slow but steady decline, however, we can see that the 7-day average has been recently pacing upward…we will keep an eye on that to see if it passes the 90-day to indicate an upward trend in overall inventory.
